Here at Howes Beauty , we greatly value the time of our clients. When a client cancels last minute, or does not show up for a blocked appointment time, we are left unable to fill these openings, while other clients may have been trying to fit on their schedules. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will be automatically charged a rescheduling fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. If a client “No Shows” any appointment, they will automatically be charged the full amount of the missed service(s) booked out on our schedule. To avoid any charges, please give us ample notice for having to move any of your appointments.

Yes, when you have completed a treatment at the Spa you are welcome to use the facilities of the Hotel, you will need to book at reception before hand to make sure of availably at your chosen time.

The majority are all sourced from natural product suppliers.

All treatment prices for a course of treatments are negotiated separately and normally have a discount built in depending on the course required.

The Channel View Hotel grants full access to all of its amenities, including the bar and restaurant, for the convenience of our clients when available.

Its aways best to check in with reception and make sure the pool and Sauna or Jacuzzi is available.
